IS MURIEL BOWSER A ZOO KEEPER?

Last week Wednesday, (August 28, 2019) I wrote Muriel Bowser a letter.  The very next day, the DC Court of Appeals threw out an appeal that I had. The court claimed that certain papers the court clerks mailed to the defendant, Metro, as in WMATA, [as in Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority], was “out of date”, so I had to pay the price for that with a dismissal of the my suit.

So there I was busy preparing a petition against that dismissal and watching the clock when low and behold in some media outlet, in passing, I discovered that Hispanics are going to hold a ‘summit’ at the DC Convention Center on their intent to become Black America’s Big Brother.  The event held by an organization appropriately called Brother’s Keeper, but I call the Zoo Keepers.

Guess who was a keynote speaker there?

Now bear in mind that Muriel has not known man in her life, and is reputed to have a female, or is the female in some obscure Lesbian or Butch’s life.  But now this mayor who bought a child, and thereby proves she is a citizen of the Fagpire has decided to caucus with the Hispanics and try to become the Big Sister (or Sheister rather) of young Black Males of the developing generation, the Millennials and Post-millennias, even though it is well known that whenever she is in communication proximity with a Black Man, she locks up and has to overcome what seems like a mind-lock inertia in order to put on an act just to talk to that man.  Frankly, I don’t think she speaks to too many non-gay Black men.

I don’t know exactly what they did to that child, Muriel between her Catholic School upbringing and her Presbyterian college days, but I can assure you that everything in my vibes about that tells me that something just ain’t right.  Maybe she needs to come clean about her first experience of being molested or something.  At least Willow Smith tried (and something ain’t adding up about her story either) but whatever they did to Muriel makes my blood crawl just passing her in the halls of power in direct reaction to the degree to which she acts like her blood crawled passing me.  Not good.   Sadly though, many a black males in DC voted for Muriel to be Mayor by voting with their little brains and not the big one, and now we have this situation.

But anyway back on the DC Gentrification Farm, where Pro Se litigants are minted and dilled by the courts for their every strategic thoughts, which are then used by back door policy and administration officials – and others to build profit and legacy, it occurred to me that what the judges have done is to distract me with their frivolous

toss-a-case dismissal attempt so that I could be busy working more without pay, while Mad Muriel runs off with the resultant intellectual spin-off information conveyed to deliver some kind of equally frivolous promise to make Black Americans in DC who don’t know any better to cheer, thinking that Mad Muriel is finally doing something for the rest of us.

But before you express your undying support for more foodstamps, free bus passes, and cookies from outside of Target, and wet your fingers on the voting button and your circumcised parts on the soap dishes claiming Mad Muriel is keeping any promise to Black People, you might want to explore the Hispanic definition of the word ‘brother’.  Because once you realize that ‘brother’ in their book means ‘bully’, not ‘hermano’ and that they were visually instructed by Pablo Picasso where to stick you – in a labyrinth, you might want to think very carefully if you want to consent to anything that comes out of the Hispanic Brother’s Keeper Summit, including anything that Mad Muriel may want to keynote out to you from that pulpit, because you can’t stab me in my back today, and caress my toes tomorrow with lust and desire unless you know that the backstabbing trashed my blood pump, the water bill, or property rights, or territory, so that you can tag a toe.  You might then want to put two and two together.

PUBLIC VERSION

To the Office of the Mayor of the District of Columbia:

I am attaching here, a package of attachments to formally request access to the property located at ———————————–. This property is owned and controlled by the District of Columbia. The attachments contain reasonable explanation for the granting of this request. It is fair to add in synopsis here a version of historical events which was revealed to me in developing that package as follows:

    • Marion Barry caused up 35% of all contracts with the city to be offered to minorities

    • This wriled White People

    • In retaliation, the FBI custom tailored a sting operation against the mayor, which worked

   • Capitalizing on the sting operation, various law enforcement agencies in the Washington Area navalized the arrest by expanding the emergent profile – that Black males are drug abusers pre-disposed to violating the law, to institute austere policing measures against them, and this resulted in the ‘Driving While Black’ civil rights abuses in the state of Maryland, expansion of prison sentences for the use of crack cocaine, and the indoctrination of Black females to chastise Black men for getting them pregnant by minting and dilling them for exhaustive ‘child support’ through the court system under the tenets of the Black Women’s Manifesto

   • The United States of America was then distracted and lured into war using a 15-year old minor,

    • after which two major riots were carefully constructed to use as justification to strip Black America of economic parity and redirect economic empowerment to Hispanics and the subset, Latinos. Those riots where the Rodney King Riot of Los Angeles and the Mount Pleasant Riot of Washington, DC.

   • In January of 1993 the United States Commission on Civil Rights then drafted DOCUMENT RESUME 359 294 UD 029 321 and transmitted it to the Congress of the United States to effectively reverse the policies of Marion Barry

    • All of this was done while American Fighting Men were at war and excluded from the conversation

    • When I returned from war I witnessed three phenomena:

        ◦ The District of Columbia was under occupation by the United States Park Police and I was led to believe that this was the reeling effects of the legacy of Marion Barry only

        ◦ There was a population explosion of people in the District of Columbia who had very black hair, tan skin, and difficulty communicating in English. These were the Hispanics

        ◦ No white or tan person sat beside me on the Metro subway system, no matter how crowded a train was. Nobody seemed to have an answer for this phenomenon.

    • Additionally, the city was in financial duress and this too was blamed on Marion Barry

   • In 1999 the District of Columbia engineered a scheme to take and carry away a lottery winning ticket from my mother (Barbara Jean Rowtham) and I worth US $48 Million, the same amount I heard that the FBI expended to get rid of Marion Barry

    • Thereafter the city began to pull out of financial arrears.

    • As a result, coupled with the decrease in Black birthrates in the city, Whites began moving into the city and obtaining the property of Black people for trinkets. It appears to me that many of the properties that Whites obtained and continue to obtain are properties that Black Americans were forced to abandon after being incarcerated as a result of being subject to the criminal justice system. It does not appear to me that when Black Americans are incarcerated, reasonable arrangements are made to ascertain they either do not lose property, or know how to pass property to their legatees so that neither government nor third parties unknown do not take Real and other property through blight derelict appropriation. The business model is simple:

    • See Black person with property

    • Fasten crimes unto Black person

    • Incarcerate and, or, otherwise financially impeach Black person

    • Send a researcher to vette all property owned by incarcerated Black person

    • Form a fictitious LLC to squat the Deed of the property through a Real Estate Trust

    • Use the Deed to appropriate possession and ownership of the property through Real Estate and Community Development organizations such as ‘NCRC’ which is not the National Capitalization Revitalization Corporation that runs Union Station, or some other like ‘coalition’ of White People. This is the Neo-Trans-Tribe arrangement

    • Otherwise, obtain the property through tax sales, and if automobiles, through auctions where White People have the insider information (knowing the codes) and Black People do not

    • Award mostly undocumented, or illegal aliens (usually trained by schools funded by such companies as Clack Construction and Miller and Long) the menial construction contracts

    • To exclude Black People ascertain that Spanish is the required language to be hired

    • Get loans and other financing from banks and corporations to pay for refurbishment of the properties

    • Where possible, recoup by converting properties into condominiums

    • As a result of these schemes, Hispanics waxed greater, Black Americans waxed lesser, and chronic homelessness eventually became an epidemic

    • In 2003 the ring-leader of the Hanafi Muslims who almost killed Marion Barry died in prison

    • After 2003, white people still did not speak to me in this city at all, except if required while they where doing their jobs, and I took Metro subway system much less, but I still detect from time to time to this day the aloofness of White People while in transit, and I can count on one hand the White People who may speak to me outside of their employment, and only one or two of them on a regular basis.

When Black people were being cajoled into relenting in order to bring fresh blood into the city, we did not realize that about half of the White People who came into the city would be dogs, and that they would bring in a different species, Q-M242, as defined in Senate Bill 744 of the 113th Congress of the United States of America not just to displace us, but to erase the United States of America right off the map even while they deny us, deprive us, and block us from entering and erasing Mexico.

The only question left, madam Mayor, given you purchased a child which effectively renders your man-less family as definable as anything but Black, is, which side are you on?
